Ludwig P-1216A Tom Mount Bracket Cr 66-68 2nd Gen Rare 1/4" 20 Eye Bolt and Nut - LTM-323-2

Ludwig P-1216A (Rare) Circa 1966-1968. This was the second generation of the P-1216s with a wide eye bolt for a wing nut (P-100) or hex nut (P-1720) (as represented in this listing) at 1/4" 20 thread. The 1st generation with a narrow eye bolt only lasted about 6 to 12 months until it was replaced with this second generation with a wider eye bolt like modern P-1216Ds but still with a 1/4" 20 thread instead of the current or most common version P-1216D with the wider eye bolt with a 5/16" 18 thread for a wing nut or hex nut and in later years a T-Handle. Very heavy casting, almost twice as thick as a modern or current generation P-1216D.The P-1720 Hex Nut is brand new NOS (New Old Stock). All Mounting hardware (screws, lock washers and washers) are brand new, authentic and size and period correct.
