This rare colored cherry red 1978 Telecaster is truly an incredible guitar! It's 100% all original. You're going to fall in love with it the second you open the case. When you plug it in, you're going to melt will the feel and sound of this amazing specimen. Ok, so I'm being a bit gushing but it's deserved. It beautifully resonates the dry sound of the ash body and maple neck that can only be produced in this age group. This individual is in fairly good condition for its age, and the truss rod is still alive while the neck remains straight. The pots are from 1981 so I'm they were changed out at some time. I'm very confident that this guitar was otherwise manufactured in 1978. The string height can be set low, and it can be used even in modern times, and of course it is a very valuable individual as a vintage. Comes with a hard case. There are a few dings and some very light finish checking (see photos) of according to the age, but there are no major defects.
