The Slingerland #938 Tempo King Bass Drum Pedal is a single belt-drive pedal. This pedal was manufactured in Chicago, the home of Slingerland Drums. This Tempo King model and comes with the original wood beater. It is missing the bottom screw that connects the leather to the pedal and can be easily replaced (I'm looking for one now and will include it when shipped). A new custom leather strap can be included for an additional $10.
