A true collector’s piece – this is not your typical Imperialstar.
This Japan-made Tama Imperialstar kit (pre-1983) is built from 9-ply Philippine Mahogany (luan) shells, delivering the warm, vintage tone Imperialstars are famous for. No reinforcement rings, classic Imperialstar sound with deep punch and short sustain.

What makes this set special is the enormous configuration – 14 drums, including rare sizes and original timbales. Sets this large almost never appear on the market.

📦 Included in the set (original wrap finish, no snare drum):

• 2 Bass Drums: 22" x 14"
• Floor Tom: 16" x 16"
• Floor Tom: 18" x 16"

• Original vintage wrap, never re-finished.
• Chrome and shells in very good condition for 40+ years of age.
• Some cosmetic wear from use (see photos), but structurally solid.
