2015 Martin OM-28 Authentic 1931 VTS Madagascar features an Adirondack spruce top treated with VTS, Madagascar rosewood back and sides, a genuine mahogany neck with an "Authentic 1931 Barrel & Heel" profile, and a black ebony fingerboard and bridge. It includes Grained Ivoroid binding, a Style 28 back purfling, and Waverly open-geared tuning machines. Key dimensions are a 1-3/4" nut width and a 25.4" scale length. Body & Construction Body Size: 000-14 Fret (Orchestra Model) Top Material: Solid Adirondack Spruce with VTS (Vintage Tone System) Back Material: Solid Madagascar Rosewood Side Material: Solid Madagascar Rosewood Top Bracing: VTS Adirondack Spruce 5/16" with 1/4" Tone Bars, Circa 1931 OM-28 Authentic 1931 pattern Construction: Dovetail Neck Joint, Hide Glue Construction. this guitar had a pickup system installed. It was removed and I replaced the ending with a StewMac Nojack ending Due to the reamed out hole. So, if you ever want a pickup added, the ending hole is ready. Very small peck mark below the bridge, see photo. I may be interested in a trade for a D28A Or D28A Custom plus cash.
