This is a used Martin HD-28 model with a natural finish built in 2024. The guitar plays nicely and includes the original case. The guitar has an east Indian rosewood back and sides, sitka spruce top with scalloped forward-shifted bracing, and multi-ply binding. The HD-28 has a big bottom end with rich tone that's great for heavy handed strumming!

Important Condition Note: The guitar has developed a single, uniform center-seam crack below the bridge due to low humidity during the winter months. It is a straight, clean split that has not impacted the structural integrity of the bridge or the bracing.

I have priced the guitar to account for this, allowing the new owner to have it cleated or sealed by their preferred local luthier. This ensures the guitar is stabilized in its new permanent environment rather than being repaired here and subjected to a second climate shift during shipping.
