Ludwig is known for having the most extensive catalog of collectible drums. The 14x5.5" Jazz Fest snare is a "big fish" on that long list. First introduced to the market in the 1950s as the "Buddy Rich Model" snare drum, the Jazz Fest took on its first form in the early 1960s.
This version of the Jazz Fest would come to join the iconic line-up of tracks that Ludwig snares drums dominate. It features a 3-ply Legacy mahogany shell, "Vintage '64 Snare Bed, eight twin lugs, "Baseball Bat" tone control, and a white Reso-Coat interior. Available in four Premium wraps: Vintage Black Oyster, Vintage Blue Oyster, Mod Orange and Black Galaxy.
