Rated a 9.5 on the condition scale based on exterior condition and functionality. This unit has been fully tested and works as intended and then some! This little pre-amp is in mint condition, and comes with the original box and manuals! I believe this was at least used at one point- keeping it from being an absolute 10 on our scale but it isn't far off at all! Please view pictures provided for a better look at the condition.
