This hand-built PedalPCB Sherwood Drive (EQD Westwood Translucent Drive clone) is a touch sensitive translucent overdrive manipulator clean and pure as a hot cup of black coffee. All quality components with black hardware trimming.
This mild-mannered light- to medium-gain overdrive with active EQ controls will still stand your low-wattage combo amp right up, pushing it into anything from cutting, edge-of-breakup rhythm tones, all the way to articulate, singing lead tones stacked high with pleasiant even-order harmonics and sustain.
1. Level: Adjusts Overwood’s output level. Clockwise is loud, counterclockwise is quiet.
2. Drive: Adjusts the amount of overdrive. Clockwise is dirty, counterclockwise is clean.
3. Bass: Selects amount of low frequencies around 80Hz. Clockwise to boost, counterclockwise to cut.
4. Treble: Selects amount of high frequencies around 2kHz. Clockwise to boost, counterclockwise to cut.
5. Clipping Toggle: Selects clipping type.
This "Overwood Drive" uses +9V, 2.1mm negative-center DC jack. No battery. Power supply not included.
