The Player II Telecaster takes one of Fender’s most iconic designs and updates it with modern features to suit today’s players. Finished in a bright, charming Aquatone Blue, this model captures the timeless simplicity and charm of the original Tele while offering enhanced comfort, tone, and reliability for the modern stage. Its alder body produces punchy, articulate tone that works across genres, whether you’re chasing classic twang, gritty rock rhythms, or smooth, soulful blues licks.

The Modern “C” maple neck with a slab rosewood fingerboard is built for fast, fluid playability. Rolled fingerboard edges and a satin back finish make the neck feel broken-in from the very first chord, while the 9.5” radius and 22 medium jumbo frets balance vintage feel with contemporary comfort. Electronics come courtesy of a pair of Player Series Alnico V Tele single-coil pickups, providing everything from smooth, rounded neck tones to the sharp, cutting bite of the bridge position. A 3-way blade switch and independent volume and tone controls make it easy to shape your sound.
