Hand-wired harmonic tremolo with full stereo panning built from the PedalPCB Stereo Pendulum circuit board.
It's somewhere between a tremolo and rotary cabinet effect, using a similar optical design as the original Uni-Vibe. When used in stereo, it pans (in a triangle wave) between both amps for massive, swirly, psychedelic sounds.
It has two inputs and two outputs so you can run it alongside other stereo pedals in your signal chain, plus independent volume controls for each output to match levels on both amps. You can also use mono input and/or output, if needed.
Check out the attached demo for how it sounds (the sections of the video that show the PedalPCB Pendulum). It's not my demo, but it shows the mono version of the exact same circuit, so you can get an idea of how it sounds minus the panning. Of course with any stereo pedal, a YouTube demo isn't going to do it justice. It sounds huge when it's there with you in the room.
Controls
- Left/Right Volume (large knobs), Rate/Depth (small knobs)
- For mono input, use left input jack. For mono output, use either output jack.
- Left LED flashes according to tremolo rate. Right LED shows the pedal's on/off status.
Features
- Top-mounted jacks to save pedalboard space
- Premium matte black powder coat finish
- True bypass switching with status and rate LEDs
- High quality switches, jacks and components
- Runs on standard 9V DC power supply (no batteries)
