Guitar is in excellent condition.

It comes with a good strong case, although two of the locks don't latch easily. Nevertheless the case works well and is in good cosmetic condition as well.

I used this guitar gently in my home studio mostly as a 6 string. As you can see in the pictures I only used the G and D strings doubled. In my opinion that's enough to bring the 12 string sound while keeping the guitar highly playable. This is a good thing because and bridge and the neck have being exposed to less tension than usual and you won't have to spend so much time changing the strings. :)
