I custom ordered this one from Iconic and waited about a year for it to be built. I specifically wanted a black guitar that fades into Candy Apple Red (specifically so you can see the shade of gold from the candy apple red). This guitar is a SUPER light alder body with stainless steel frets. I also specifically wanted a roasted maple neck with a serious flame and a rosewood fretboard. I also custom spec'd the pickups with the Bare Knuckle Triptycs that allow this guitar to shine with vintage single coil sounds (similar to 60s style Strats) but also can handle gain if you so desire with the bridge pickup. I think the team at Iconic killed it with this one and I'm sad to see it go, but I frankly have too many boutique guitars and too many Iconics.
