This is a rare Hofner 510 “Diamond” pickup that also has a diamond-shaped metal surround frame attached to the pickup. I haven’t been able to find another example of this pickup, and haven’t been able to determine which Hofner guitar this came from. Based on this history of Hofner pickups, this likely came from an early 60’s guitar.
The leads aren’t registering any DC resistance numbers, so the pickup is likely dead and needs a rewind. AFAIK the 510 is a single coil with two magnets.
