Up for sale, a one-of-a-kind Ibanez RG with stunning holoflash finish. Body is a 1999 RG570 MIJ originally in iron pewter finish complete with original V7 S1 V8 HSH pickups which sound amazing. You Ibanez enthusiast out there may note that RG570's only came with dot inlays so this sharktooth inlay equipped neck is complements of an RG320DXQM (Indonesian-made). We at the Ibanezitis Clinic are huge fans of sharktooth inlays so felt it paired well with the mesmerizing holoflash finish. It not only works visually, but plays to us like it was designed to be together.

The neck is a maple Wizard II shape. To us it feels more rounded than the original golden era Wizard necks with which we are familiar, closer to a Fender "Modern C" rounded shape which we find quite comfortable. We've shimmed the neck with a 0.25 degree maple shim for lowest possible action. Bound rosewood fretboard with sharktooth inlay sporting 24 jumbo frets with no wear. Original Edge tremolo with trem arm (we'll never sell an Edge-equipped whammy without the bar. That'd be like ordering a BLT sandwich without the bacon!).

The guitar is an absolute joy to play and really sparkles under stage lights. See photos for condition and check out the short video to see holoflash color changing effect. Lightly relic'ed with wear on the upper bout, pick wear above the neck V7 humbucker, and a deeper scratch between them. Various smaller chips along the edges and a handsome scratch on the back.
