This is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos. Only reason it's not listed as " mint" is due to some very minor scratches on the pickguard, barely noticeable unless you shift the angle in the light( I mostly play finger style), also 2 small indentations on the upper bout . You can feel them but I can't capture them in a photo. Please see last photo, and some very mild fretware. Otherwise beautiful looking and sounding guitar with low action. Very easy to play IMHO.
