Up for sale is this vintage 1957 Fender Studio Deluxe Six lap steel guitar. This is a nicely preserved instrument that was lovely played over the years and we're thrilled to offer it now...

This instrument is all original with the exception of the tuner buttons which have been professionally replaced since the originals were crumbling. The original finish, decal, and bridge cover are all intact and present, along with the pickup, pots, and knobs (one knob is flaking a bit on top, pictured). The instrument does show some wear, which is to be expected, in the form of numerous small dings, scratches, and scuffs. We have attempted to capture the worst of this in the photos.

It has just been gone over by our tech who sprayed out the electronics and installed a fresh set of strings. This one is ready to go and has a clean bill of health.

The original tweed hardshell is included and is in very nice condition for its age, although it does show expected wear. All of the hinges and latches are present and work as they should. The original legs are present and included as well.
