The Rosemary Rex is a handmade boutique boost and overdrive pedal combining the sound of a Marshall 1959 Super Lead and modified Marshall in one pedal. This pedal is rare to find outside of Japan.

Blackberry JAM operates a stylish cafe and effects studio in Koenji, Tokyo. The brand's founder, Mr. Nasu, designs the circuits for the handmade original effectors, and his wife designs the casing, including the overall color and control knob selection, as well as the model naming.

Condition

This effects pedal is in Excellent condition, with few signs of prior use that do not impact sound or functionality. The original packaging and instructions are included.

Manufacturer Description

Rosemary Rex is Rosemary's High-end Model. The best feature of this unit is that it combines the charms of Marshall 1959 Super Lead and modified Marshall into one unit. When the Boost switch is off, the pleasant overtones, thick low range, juicy midrange, and clear high range come out just like the 1959 Super Lead. When you turn on the Boost switch, it becomes a modified 60's Marshall.

It perfectly reproduces the early modified Marshall amplifier, which retains the crisp texture typical of Vintage Marshall, while still being packed with a good balance of strong sound pressure and fat, dense gain.

Needless to say, the range is wide and the response is fast.

"Rosemary Rex" will give you the feeling of playing and sound as if you were playing it directly connected to a Marshall 1959 - just the right amp.
