This is a 1960s Klira Twen Star, made in the same area of Germany as Hofners in the 60s.Plays and sounds great. The only issue, which is actually a plus, is that the neck was reset, so it doesn't have the typical action issues as these do. There are 3 holes drilled, one in the fingerboard, two on the back, that were drilled to steam the glue out of the neck joint. The couple pieces of missing veneer around the joint are from the same operation. None of this is noticeable from the front, nor does it have any effect on the playability. It does not have a case unfortunately.
