Heres an excellent example of a RCA 77-DX in great shape! The owner who had it before me had it serviced by RCA about 30 years ago. The mic has been well cared for over the decades.
The XLR cable jacket is starting to crack and fall apart. So far I don’t see any exposed wires, but I may send it off to have it replaced if the mic doesn’t sell soon. Each side has a stress crack under the threaded posts, please see the photos. Mic still functions as it should.
