This is a very rare JBL speaker model D110F-6 10" 16 ohms. Very rare in 16 ohm impedance as well. Measures about 14 ohms on a meter. These came from a Kustom cab from the 60s that a friend had since new and they were never out of the cab until now. The cab was used with a Kustom 100 head(50 watts) and my friend only used this at home and never cranked up past 5 or 6 according to him. I know these JBLs very well and have been into the JBL D & K series speakers for 50+ yrs and although I cant see cone #s (not uncommon sometimes on D + K series) these certainly look and sound like the original cone-voice coil and all parts. There is a K stamped on top of the label..this being a K for Kustom amps. Well if you ever wanted 2-10s to equal 8 ohms than these will work 2- 16 ohm speakers can be wired for 8 ohms or 32 ohms.So these would be great for a Fender Princeton Reverb one speaker in the amp combo cab and another in an extension cab or for other uses as well This speaker works and sounds great and has no issues at all no buzzes no rattles etc etc. I have 2 of these listed.
