Pye PX2 Transformer Interface DI Box 2025

The PYE PX2 is a 2-channel transformer interface and ground isolation system. It provides transformer isolation between two grounded systems and safely breaks potential ground loops. Selectable ratio for either zero gain or +6dBu of passive gain to improve signal-to-noise and impart a touch of transformer coloration.

USES:

– Balance any unbalanced electronic instrument, like the output of a keyboard or synth. Run a short unbalanced TS cable into the PX2 from the instrument, and take the XLR balanced output into live sound mixer or studio equipment

– Great for amp-less digital electric guitar pedalboard system.(ToneX, UAFX Amp simulator pedals, Walrus Audio)

– Protect multi-effects unit from the phantom power and add transformer coloration(Quad Cortex, Fractal Audio, Headrush, Line6)
