Like its big brother the YBA-1 Bass Master, this is basically Canada‘s answer to Marshall. For some reason Reverb insists on calling it a 15 watt amp, although I have always seen it described as 20 W elsewhere, even though the wattage isn’t listed on the amp or on any schematic I have ever seen. I will say that it easily keeps up with any of my 22 W Fender Deluxe Reverbs. There is a tiny tear in the top tolex that could easily be made invisible if somebody wants to take the time with a dab of glue. Serial number makes it 1975.

Plenty of headroom, takes pedals well, and overdrives nicely above 7. Some compare these to Vox because of the nice clean jangle, but there’s definitely a good bit of 20w Marshall crunch too, when cranked! Tubes: 2-12AX7, 2- EL84.
