1978 Greco Les Paul EG-700 Black Beauty. This is a MIJ Les Paul copy that is equal to, if not better than, most Gibson's out there today. It doesn’t get much better than this. YES..., it's damn heavy [11 lbs], but it sounds Amazing! Sustain for days and the original Maxxon pickups, Wilkinson tuners, original volume and tone knobs.
This guitar is a player's player with all of the chips, scars and mojo to prove it. I tried to accurately show everything. Nothing affects playability or structural integrity, it is merely cosmetic. To my eyes, I prefer this to a brand new shiny finish. Like my musical mentor/close friend said to me once regarding guitars and motorcycles, "Are you gonna play/ride it or look at it?!" That said, I bought it as-is and have only used it for recording and practicing.
I hate to part with this one, but my main guitar is another '78 EG-700, Tobacco burst at [9.5 lbs] and I'm "trying" to thin the herd overall. :)
Get this at a great price without the $250+ shipping and import fees from Japan.
