Rare full-scale (34") Greco PXB-950 Phoenix Bass (most of Phoenix basses were medium-scale). Made in Japan around 1992. This high-end model originally retailed for 95,000 Yen, top notch Japanese craftsmanship. While the neck cavity and side are stamped PXB-800, this guitar is actually a PXB-950. Early models didn't have model numbers like 80 or 800; only the 950 and 1200 were available.
It features:
- Slim ash body
- 3-piece maple neck
- Ebony fingerboard
- Narrow (around 38.5 mm) brass nut
- 26 frets
- Gotoh tuners
- Active P. Duce pickups (P/J configuration)
- Controls: volume, tone, blend, micro switch for midrange adjustment
Condition: shows some dents and scratches on the neck and body (mostly on the back and sides), which is normal for a 30+ year‑old instrument. Overall in excellent playing condition – straight neck, fully functional truss rod, minimal fret wear. Very light weight, plays and sounds great.
Please note, the sale is final, so if you need any additional information just ask.
