This is an all original, black pickup cover version of the classic Gibson EB-0 bass. It is one of the most beautiful instruments ever designed in my opinion. These earliest examples have the deep body carves and crisp lines that were later changed likely for production efficiency. It has been played lightly and well cared for throughout its life, there is no damage or repair anywhere. The original mute was taken off and stored in the case. This one has a great neck angle which is rare to find with this model. The action is set very low and there is still room for the bridge to be adjusted further. It has the rare hardshell case which is also in great shape. Frets are in excellent condition with hardly any wear. The deep, booming tone will bring you back in time to the 60's.
*Original mute is included in the case!*
