This is a 2014 Gibson SG Special in Heritage Cherry, part of Gibson’s 120th Anniversary series. It’s been professionally set up by a luthier and features tasteful upgrades that improve both performance and aesthetics.

• New nut installed (2025): Improves tuning stability and sustain.
• Professional setup: Includes fret polish, action/intonation adjustment, and electronics check.
• Knob swap: Original speed knobs replaced with Gibson-style bell knobs in black with silver tops—matches the chrome hardware beautifully.
• Finish enhancement: Matte cherry finish treated with a luthier-grade compound used for vintage nitrocellulose restoration. The result is a deeper, richer cherry tone with a subtle sheen—far more elegant than the stock matte.
