This instrument spent ten years of its life in a climate-controlled closet while the owner was overseas.
There is one blemish next to the fretboard and truss rod cover where a pickguard would normally go. The finish is dulled from fingernail contact while slapping. The area extends about two inches at forty-five degrees from the fretboard. It is visible in the photo with a grey background. It is only visible at that angle.
