Manalo?? VTG - Antique *Classical Guitar Case* Spain; Japan? 1900-1950? - Black
This Antique/Vintage Hard-shell Case fits standard classical guitars (K. Yairi Classical Guitar shown in the 19th photo).
Labeled on top as being "Manalo" or "Manolo" or maybe "Manola" (see pics). But not sure of what the linage of this case is fully.
From the construction and patina this case may be from the early to mid 20th century. But it is still is practical for safe keeping a classical guitar.
Spec:
- Inside Sizes: 40 1/8 inches long; 14 3/3 inches lower bout, 11 1/2 inches upper bout, 5 inches high
- Outside Sizes: 42 1/2 inches long, 16 1/2 inches lower bout, 12 1/2 inches upper bout, 5 1/2 inches high (Includes hardware).
- 5 latches, one locking (no key)
- Locking latch is "fiddly" but works
- Strong but lightweight
- Has replacement handle (quality metal and leather "emergency" type handle)
