This model is the discontinued original Electromatic with the DeArmond pickups. I bought the guitar new in 2005 with dreams of playing like Reverend Horton Heat. I never got that good, but I have played it off and on for the past 20 years. It's never been gigged with, just played in my home studio.
It's been pinstriped with 1shot and the back was signed by Hank Williams III in 2006 at a show in Napavine, WA. It comes in a vintage 60s silver Gretsch Tennesseean case.
This is as nice a 5126 as you'll find, and the silver sparkle finish is rare. The only flaw is the leopard spotting of the finish on the headstock, but that's nowhere else on the body or neck.
