Back from a 7+ year Hiatus! I have had MANY people ask me where I went and if they could get a pedal....I have been making guitar amps and only recently decided to make a very limited number of effect pedals again....see my store to see what I have available.

Yes....this is the same as the vintage pedals I used to make....the same ones that Wilco used... In fact....these are probably even better as I have been selective in components on these since I do very small volume now. To date I have sold over 500 Rabbits and they rarely come up for sale on the secondary market.... that means people like them! These pedals are built to last and I just know you'll love the tones you get from them! Enjoy!

About the Rabbit:
Hi! I am the original maker of the Freakshow Effects Brown Rabbit, which later was simply called "the Rabbit". This is my take on the ProCo rat distortion pedal. I added a few clipping options, position #1 is Asym clipping (smoothest and most compressed), position #2 is no diodes mode, this is very loud and crunchy...great for DOOM!, position #3 is LED diode clipping mode....this is a less compressed AND FIZZIER version of mode #1, the LED will light up as you play! The control knobs are for (left to right) Volume, Tone, and Drive....pretty self explanatory there huh? There is also a "hidden" internal trimmer that controls gain to the low frequencies. Same as was in the old hand painted rabbits!

This pedal operates at 9 volts DC ONLY! Trying to use it at anything else will destroy it. This will not be covered by any type of warranty.
