Bayou Guitarworks B Bender 53 Blackguard Tele 2025 - Nitro Blonde

Modeled after the 53 blackguard Tele. (with modern mods). The body is 2 piece alder. Somewhat heavy 8.5 Lbs. but a very solid chunk o' wood and it eliminates the neck heavy aspect of most Telecasters. Paint is Blonde Nitro. A very nice Light to medium aging on paint and hardware. (crack finish available by request) The neck is a one piece roasted riffsawn maple with 21 heavy rolled edge stainless jumbo frets. Baseball bat shape with Tadeo taper and a vintage 7.25 radius with a thin satin nitro finish. Fender locking tuners and brass nut. Complete Vintage slot head screws. We used the Fender American Pro bridge with spaghetti logo that has new improved mounting with compensated saddles. Real Bakelite pickguard The pups are Custom hand wound O.C. Duff Buckaroo 63. Wired with a 4 position switch to gain the series/parallel option. (The full description of the pups is in the pics.) All Vintage USA pots and switch. This guitar comes fitted with a Parsons/Green String Bending System that gives you a B Bend option to replicate pedal steel type sound.  Designed,built and set up by Bayou Guitarworks Custom Shop.
