I bought these a while ago from Actually, I bought these from a very reputable tube seller on Ebay (icloseouts1) who has over 6000 positive feedbacks. They are mid 60"s RCA double side getter labeled Conn. I don' t have the test specs, but as much as I paid for them, I am sure they test strong, and they definitely sound great...super warm and help the amp to get harmonics and sustain. I bought them for an amp I ordered and then didn't keep, so I took them out right away.
