Vintage Ovation Applause AE-38 w hard case 1976 Sunburst

If you’re dismissing this because it says “applause“ on the headstock then you REALLY don’t understand ovation product lines. This isn’t some garbage beginner guitar sold at toys r us in the 70’s. Not even close. Take 3 seconds and think about it, this is a composit backed guitar, how different do you think this is from its ovation variant? Smart people will figure out that MOST of these are just label changes, maybe a fingerboard dot change but the base instrument, build quality, tone, etc are exactly the same as the one you’re paying double for because it says ovation on the headstock and not applause. Do some research on these top end applause, they’re impressive guitars. Incredible condition for the age 1976 applause AE-38 acoustic electric, passive pickup/controls. Currently strung up with light jazz flat wound except for the E which is round, super beautiful mellow and clear tone, awesome feeling neck, beautiful factory original hard case, mid depth bowl back.
