Spaceman Effects Gemini III – Silver Edition #67/90 – Extremely Rare

For sale is my Spaceman Effects Gemini III, Silver Edition #67/90, from the early years of Spaceman Effects.

This Silver Edition was limited to just 90 units.

The Gemini III is a particularly original dual analogue germanium/silicon fuzz, featuring two separate fuzz circuits running in parallel, each with its own Gain and Tone controls.

On one side, the Germanium circuit delivers a warmer, more organic and vintage character; on the other, the Silicon circuit provides more aggression, definition and bite.

The Blend control allows you to freely mix the two circuits. This is what makes the Gemini III so interesting: it can be used as a relatively traditional fuzz, or you can create much more complex textures by blending the two circuits to taste.

Beyond its rarity, it is a great example of what Spaceman was producing during this period: boutique construction in extremely small numbers, meticulous build quality and a genuinely unusual design.

I originally bought it primarily as part of my Spaceman pedal collection, so it has seen very little use. It is in perfect working order.

Supplied with its original box. Unfortunately, I do not have the various goodies that accompanied some examples.

I am currently selling part of my Spaceman collection, including several rare models from the earlier generations.

Shipping is available throughout Belgium, Europe and worldwide. I always pack my pedals extremely carefully, using plenty of bubble wrap, a sturdy outer box and reinforced protection. Fully insured shipping can be arranged for the value of the pedal.
