Korg X-911 80s - Black

I purchased this in May from Mileda’s Shop on reverb (Be wary of this seller) the item was sent promptly but it seemed to have a malfunction regarding the left side of the synth selections. All the features that ppl usually praise with this unit are working(the wah effect the fuzz ..manipulation of the filter etc. it’s just that you can’t tell the diff btwn the horn and flute selections on the left; it passes sound and it sounds like a guitar synth but there is such little variation that it seems to me something isn’t happening that should. the seller insisted the issue was on my end. I purchased at least 3 diff Europe to USA adaptors (this one still has the euro plug attached) but nothing changed - after going back and forth I requested he do a live call with me to watch me go through the controls but he didn’t help me with this insisting it was operator error. If so I lose you win, I think even if it does need some bench time it‘s most likely something minor - I just don’t want to mess with this mystery anymore - ask questions.request and I’ll post a video of it in action to explain what I mean. or if you know how this is supposed to sound and im just off I’d like to know - unlike the previous seller I care about other reverb buyers‘ recieving what they expect to receive. i don’t want someone to have the experience I had.
