Carmine Appice, Realistic Rock, Ludwig - 4-Piece Atlas/Hercules Hardware Set
From the Carmine Appice drum collection.
This set of hardware came from Carmine Appice's famed Ludwig Maple, "Realistic Rock" drum kit. During the several years carmine played this set he went through a variety of hardware configurations. Most of these stands would have been used with the set in the mid-later 1970s. We've outfitted the cymbal stands with rubber cymbal sleeves and felts. Some of the rubber feet were missing (see pics).
The wing bolt that tightens the hi hat footboard was broken inside the base. It could be removed and replaced with a replacement wing bolt. Otherwise, everything is in great working condition.
This is a great set of vintage hardware used by one of the most influential drummers of our time.
Includes a No. 1131 Hercules Hi-Hat Stand, 2x No 1402 Atlas Cymbal Stands, and No. 1376 Atlas Snare Drum Stand.
