Here we have an extremely rare 1995 Gibson Les Paul Corvette!

The two-tone C1 Corvette in light blue is one of the most iconic cars ever made. And certainly one of my personal favorites. Turns out, it always makes for an incredible guitar!

This guitar was built as part of a very limited run. The original plan was to build 200 of these total (in several different colors, so far fewer were planned in this exact color). Based on how few of these have surfaced for sale over the years, it is unlikely all 200 of them were actually built.

This exact guitar was actually featured in Corvette Magazine many years ago. Included with the sale of the guitar will be an original copy of the magazine spread which has been encased in acrylic.

The guitar is in very good conditions, with the finish showing some signs of age. Some discoloration on the back and neck, which is to be expected as the nitro yellows with age. There are a few dings in the body, detailed in the photos. Overall, this is a very beautiful example!

Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case, all case candy, and even the original purchase receipt from Guitar Center! Based on the date of the sale, it appears this guitar sat in Guitar Center for some years after being built before it was finally purchased.
