1. Buyer & Identification Requirements

• US Residents Only: This sale is strictly restricted to US residents. Third-party couriers, freight forwarders, or international pickup arrangements will absolutely not be accepted.
• ID Verification: At the time of meetup, the buyer must present a valid, government-issued US photo ID matching the exact legal name on the Reverb order.

2. Timeline & Scheduling

• Prep Time: Please allow 3 business days of preparation time after your purchase is completed.
• Pickup Window: The actual pickup must be scheduled to take place within 2 business days following the conclusion of the preparation period.

3. Mandatory On-Site Verification Steps Payment must be cleared securely through Reverb prior to the meetup. Upon your physical inspection and the final handover of the gear, the buyer must complete the following two steps on-site:

1. In-App Handover Confirmation: You must open your Reverb app and click "Mark as Received" right in front of us.
2. On-Site Reverb Message: You must send us a direct message through the Reverb messaging platform right then and there stating exactly: "I received the item."

Release of Goods: Both the "Marked as Received" status and the Reverb chat message must successfully appear on our side of the Reverb account before the equipment is officially released into your possession.

4. Sale Terms

• This item is sold strictly AS-IS.
• Once the on-site Reverb verification is complete and the item is released, the sale is final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
