Joe Meek VC1 3.03
In good working order, please check out the video to see various signals being sent through it and exhibiting that it's in good working order. I shot the video of the device being sold, it's not just an example of the Meek.
There are some scratches but otherwise, it functions the same as when I first bought it.
This has been a reliable preamp with a good optical compressor, I've had it since about 2005 as the second owner. Smoke free recording studios for both myself and the previous owner recording mostly voiceover with the device. (some guitar DI as well and it sounds great for both imho).
Sound on Sound has a good review and is more in depth on it's pros and cons if you're unfamiliar or want some more detail on it.
