Violin 3/4 1771-Christian Franz Partl fecit Wein

This is a 3/4 violin by the maker Christian Franz Partl. Made approximately 1771. Will ship with usb with digital images showing before, during, and just after restoration. It was beautifully restored by Juan Soto of Las Vegas in 2018. I do have reciept of that to provide for the buyers records. After restored, violin has been kept in case. Stored in a cool room. Has signs of wear from its age. But is otherwise in very nice playable condition.

Believe it was made around 1771. Some indications of that are the label and from a book of violin makers that mention this particular violin. There’s also pictures of 1 other example online that sold in auction. I printed out a photo of the past auction records online of this maker for you to reference.

This is the fecit Wein. Features a decorative border.

In doing the restoration writing was found on the back of the face.

The violin will be shipped in a hard shell students case. Further packed into a box for shipping. At some point a kid scribbled inside the case. Im just including because it’s all I have and would be most secure for shipping.
