ElectroVoice 667 (not 667A) a very rare microphone from the 60’s and identical twin to the 666. This one is pretty rough looking, has considerable wear showing but works and sounds great. It comes with a cable that adapts it to low impedance 3 pin XLR inputs like on most recording or sound system equipment.
