This 1978 Greco EG-500 plays and sounds great! Excellent Japanese craftsmanship as you would expect. The pickups sound very wide open and break up nicely when you push them.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body, particularly along the sides, with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also a finish crack located on the lower seam of the neck heel. This appears to just be a cosmetic flaw, the guitar is still structurally sound. The binding has yellowed from over time and the hardware has normal tarnishing. The 5th fret marker on the binding shows some lacquer wear from over time as well. The frets are used but still play great overall and the electronics work as they should.
The pickguard is missing, otherwise this guitar is original.
Includes the pictured gig bag.
