For your consideration, we present a rare European variant of the Bernie Marsden Signature SE.

The Marsden SE was initially released in 2012 and was touted as a 1950's-inspired version of PRS's popular 245 lineup. With its bound fingerboard and body, Wide-Fat neck profile, and flamed maple veneer top, this instrument evokes the profile of the classic singlecut of the past with the sleekness and modernity of PRS. Furthermore, this instrument has been modded from stock for tuning stability and optimal rock tonality. The pickups have been changed from the stock 245 pickups to Seymour Duncans, with a SH-2N Jazz in the neck and a P-Rails in the bridge complete with a Triple Shot pickup ring. The tuning machines have been upgraded to an authentic Kluson Deluxe set with acrylic keystone buttons.

The icing on the cake for this guitar is on the reverse control plate, which was signed by the late Bernie Marsden himself! As very few of these guitars are known to be signed by him, this aspect sets this guitar in a league of its own.

This guitar is in Excellent-to-Near-Mint condition, showing signs of very light use and careful storage. This guitar needed a polish and cleaning when it arrived but is in nearly flawless condition. There are minor scratches on the face of the headstock which are only evident when held to the light. There are very minor scratches on the body which are also only evident when held to the light. This guitar has been modified from stock with upgraded pickups, an upgraded Triple Shot pickup ring for the bridge pickup, upgraded Kluson tuning machines, and a different set of control knobs. This package includes the original gig bag and all original parts as shown in the last photo. This guitar has been inspected and set-up by our expert techs.
