This is a Genuine Audio Technica ATN3600L Replacement Stylus.
To Ensure your Cartridge has not been Changed please check to see that Your Old Stylus Looks the same as this one. As long as it does then this Stylus will be a Perfect Fit.

How to change the Stylus:
To remove old Stylus (Needle): Hold the Cartridge in one hand, grip the plastic Stylus housing with your Thumb and FiÂnger, and pull away from the Cartridge. The stylus Assembly comes away at a Slight Downwards Angle which is indicated by the arrow on the Stylus.
To install the Replacement Stylus: Insert the new Stylus Unit into the Cartridge at a Slight Angle so that the hook at the end of the Stylus slots into the Cartridge Body. The Stylus Unit should Click into Place when fully Seated onto the Cartridge.
