The item is used and may show some signs of wear, such as light scratches on the body, neck and headstock; possibility of light wear on the pick-ups, pick-guard, hardware (Such as the bridge, frets, fretboard, jack port, tuners and knobs); however nothing that may affect the performance and or the functionality of the Product. The guitar was tested and is in good working condition.

Comes in a hard case or guitar bag depending on availability (Ask us beforehand). The guitar upon arrival may need a tuning and light clean up, due to shipping and personal preferences.

Please look at all the pictures provided to have an idea of the condition, possibility of sending more if desired. If you have any questions, please do send them our ways; we will do our best to provide answers in a timely manner. We ship to both Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost includes a full coverage insurance and tracking number. We require a signature for items over 150$ CAD value. We use either UPS or Canada Post to ship, depending on your region, value of the item and dimensions. We are not responsible and have no control over any customs, tariffs, fees or more; Please read Reverb's terms and conditions for more information. Buyers located in the United States will have to pay import fees, the exact amount is unknown to us and will not be covered by us.

Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Refusal of delievery, refusal to pay fees (Import, brokerage, customs, tariffs, and more), change of mind and no longer needed are not valid reasons for a return; and so we will refuse the return request.
