Rickenbacker 330 guitar in glossy jet black with tuxedo scratch plate made in the USA in 1997.
A fantastic vintage Ric that does all the classic Ric things - the compressed jangle of Tom Petty, Johnny Marr’s chime, the sharp punky Townshend/Weller-like tones, or the distortion of Fugazi‘s Ian McKay. it’s been well played but also well cared for, looks superb as you’ll see from the photos, but also really great to play.
All the usual features of a 90s RIC - reasonably solid but playable neck, great quality construction, high gain pickups, Schaller tuners, original case, original cloth (falling apart but still nice to have).
Life this guitar, but I’ve got another Ric and just don’t need two.
Long wait on new Ric production and delivery, and may well get longer and pricier once tarrifs kick in. Pick up Canberra or post Australia wide, am also in Sydney ans Wollongong fairly often so can also potentially drop off.
