Lots of extras with this guitar, New GHS Contact Core strings .010's. My professional luthier leveled and polished all frets and smoothed fret ends. Neck is very straight, string height at 12th fret is 1/16" on both 6th strings and both 1st strings, no buzz, bridge saddle action lowered, set up for these strings, empty pack enclosed for reference, and stays in tune incredibly well day after day. Extremely unusual for a 12 string, I've had several. This is a great guitar and it's a joy and easy to play. Lots of bass and even frequency across all 12 strings. This is a jumbo guitar, but only 5.6 #. Pickup has volume and tone controls and sounds very nice through my PA or my Fishman amp and sounds great through a good mike.
