Epiphone is thrilled to collaborate with Gibson Custom to introduce the Dave Grohl DG-335, a highly sought-after signature guitar from the alternative rock icon and longtime Gibson player. This exceptional instrument combines the features of the ES-335 and Trini Lopez models, as requested by Dave Grohl himself.
The DG-335 boasts a semi-hollow ES body with bound diamond-shaped sound holes, and a one-piece mahogany neck with an elliptical profile. It also features a Trini Lopez-style headstock with Grover Mini Rotomatic tuners, a laurel fretboard with split diamond inlays, and Dave’s preferred Gibson USA Burstbucker pickups (a Burstbucker 2 in the neck and a Burstbucker 3 in the bridge position). These pickups are wired to CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, and a Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch and 1/4" output jack. The Epiphone Dave Grohl DG-335 includes an Epiphone Dave Grohl hardshell case.
