Gibson's latest creation is a high-quality instrument that blends high-performance features with eye-catching aesthetics. The guitar features an AAA figured maple top (plain maple on the 3-pickup model) on a mahogany body with Ultra-Modern Weight Relief for a striking appearance and a lighter feel. The mahogany neck has an ebony fretboard with a compound radius and Super Split Block mother-of-pearl inlays, along with a Modern Contoured Heel for easy access to the upper frets. The headstock features a new mother-of-pearl inlay inspired by a 1940s design found in the Gibson archives. Burstbucker Pro and Burstbucker Pro + pickups are paired with push/pull Volume and Tone potentiometers for coil tap, phase, and Pure Bypass switching (individual push/pull volume controls for coil tap switching and a Master Tone control on the 3-pickup model). The stunning finishes are accentuated with gold hardware, making this a beautiful-looking modern rock guitar with a flexible range of tones. A hardshell case is included.
